Introduction

McDonalds is such an organization that offers services of food all around the globe. There are many organizations which process their operations in 119 countries through providing services which are consumer based approximately 68 million daily. The headquarters of McDonalds are located in Oak Brook, Illinois, U.S. with outlets in almost every state. McDonalds is tackling up with issues in the Human Resource department in order to get the objective of its strategic planning (Richard et.al, 2000). All the issues being faced by McDonalds are still relevant. The overall analysis of the case is resulted in leaving behind the facts of hiring efficient labor for functioning of Human Resource Development programs at McDonalds (Richard et.al, 2000). The main purpose of this study is Development of labor for building up relationship between competitive strategies of Corporation with the Human Resource Development functioning processes of McDonalds. For this a thorough analysis of Labor statistics is to be considered along with their demographical study which would help in knowing the educational background of labor force. This study will also elaborate the basic strategies used by McDonalds in regards to providing training, required to labor force. The aim is to hire an effective work force that serves the organizational objectives. There is also a discussion on the organizational changes that will be faced while meeting the strategic challenges, including the futuristic approach.

Through strategic planning of the McDonald's it has been found that the company needs to pick efficient labor to overcome issues through which it is trying to get through (William et.al, 1997). For this McDonalds has to figure out all of the population and job employments of available labor while considering all the demographics of people from which they belong, along with their efficiency of doing work (David, 2005). For drawing right candidate McDonalds address a thorough analysis with the help of Department of Labor in United States. Where, United States Department of Labor is the department of the U.S. federal government in charge of standards wages and working time, re-employment services, unemployment insurance, as well as some economic statistics (David, 2005). It is headed by the Secretary of Labor. This department is responsible for occupational safety of employees and provides various benefits to those who are unemployed.
