In mass media, the representation is considered as the perceptual construction of an image regarding the people, place as well as objects and events according the unique aspects of their characteristics. Moreover, the cultural identities can also be considered as the presentation of the cultural values. The aim of the representation is to portray a perceptual image in order to reflect a predefined theme or idea. Representations are basically abstract concepts that can be perceived differently by different people. The aim of the media representation is to make a unique perceptual image of an idea or object in order to reflect some crucial values or ideas.

The theory of the representation embraces some crucial points that reveal that the representation in the context of social media is the concept of presenting an idea with abstract images. In the TV drama we saw different characters that perform their different roles in order to deliver the story of the drama. This is the pure and obvious case of representation.
