Introduction

The main focus of this research work revolves around the research methodology which has been adopted while considering the research work on the topic related to Corporate Social Responsibility. Social responsibility and applied scientific research to the world of organizations need a new paradigm of organizational development and management model of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and research is required to be applied to a contribution to the society in which the company develops. The contributions made by companies are required to invest in growth and application of research that acquires a conscious commitment to the society which generates added value and increased competitiveness in the departments, municipalities or regions that play a decisive role in its production development. For this change to occur, it is necessary that in organizations, entrepreneurs and managers take a different attitude towards the management of CSR as such and research this being a priority objective in the development of it and be at the service of human. Therefore, it is important for companies to adopt techniques, strategies and research methodologies and advanced management not only conducive to optimal development, but also an integral human fulfillment of persons who compose and society, which are party organizations grounded in ethical values. In order to achieve the goal of management is important to know and recognize what are the incentives for companies to participate and adopt the model of CSR management and research as its own and further explore its benefits.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Research is required to be seen as a management approach, primarily for their work can make a conscious and therefore well addressed. It can be seen as a boost fashion seeking inter alia for reasons of marketing and increase customer loyalty to a particular company. Corporate executive needs to design their CSR programs that has to be based on social versus financial concerns and the strategies that are required to be included in management as a key element in the economic and social development this being a fundamental variable in which organizations meet the standards of decent jobs, decent wages and other conditions with adequate working. Among the essential purposes of CSR and research is to give companies and other organizations, a vision beyond profit, understanding that are key to human development not only creating jobs, but welfare and better living conditions for their members and society in general.

Today more than ever, corporate responsibility becomes a company's competitive strategy resulting in market recognition by improving the image, organizational reputation, brand positioning, building confidence and achieving customer satisfaction external and internal the organization, increasing competitiveness, financial impact, operational cost reduction and sustainable sales growth, forming a systematic optimal synergies and best practices to measure the impact of the activities of interest groups, which are generated by the management of the different processes that make up the value chain.
