Introduction

Parents and caretaker both make sure that children are safe and healthy where ever they go. They furnish them with the skills and knowledge so that they succeed when they grow as adults. Parents make sure to make the children value the basic cultural beliefs and give them love and attention. Both the parents and caregiver spend most of their time with the children guiding and protecting them in order to develop their personalities. For a healthy parent and child relationship a bond of affection between them is very important. This also extends the child relation with other family such as siblings, and caregivers. When babies are attached to their parents and caregivers they actually trust the outside world too and are more confident in exploring the outside world. Relation among the caregivers, parents and child should be open and warm, appropriate limits should be set, and rules of behavior should be set. The support and care of caregiver and parents for the child is extremely important. Almost 75 % of the caregivers are women in the United States (www.cyf.govt.nz). Some of them are taking care of their partners, some of their children and some of parents who are not well.

These days the caregivers or parents take their children to the town, malls, fast foods or places that are known as public places which includes parks as well. These are the places where the parents or the care giver needs to take care of the children more especially in the crowd places. This assignment is based on the same aspect, I will be discussing what I have observed when I visited a public place last weekend.
