Problem Situation

This paper is based on finding the current situation of single servers and multiple servers; moreover, the study also focuses on the pertinent queuing system state data to find the greatest number of trucks.

Assumptions

In the given case, for both the models that are single-server and multi-server model following assumptions are made;

The pertinent queuing system state has 5 or more trucks in the system.
