Introduction

Music is in each tradition and cultures of the world. History showed that live performances are part of each culture from the beginning of origin. Today, tradition is still the same but with the introduction of different families of music and instruments. People all over the world appreciate live performances in concerts, schools, colleges and other places. Many artists perform live on stage with their orchestra and bands to rock other people. These all activities are for the refreshment of mind and give relaxation to a appreciable extent. Some performance is very remarkable which cannot be forgotten. I simply remember one of the performances of Nirvana which is one of the best bands of America. Each day brings new ideas, revolutions and inventions. Today, no house and organization, is without computer. Information Technology is playing a vital role in reshaping lives. When technology develops and advances there are also problems associated with the advancement. There are certain risks associated with the advancement of technology. The competition in the market is increasing day by day. Firms tend to follow certain strategies, in order to achieve the competitive advantage. All the topics in each article are related to the role of Information Technology, which is reshaping the market values. These two articles helped business managers to seek solutions of challenges. Music provides relief and peace against each competition.

The songs were not simple. Individual has to focus three to four times, to understand the song. Once it is figured out what the song related with then, it is found so melodious and thoughtful. There were different families of music in songs and use of different music instruments played by number of specialists. Popular music is unarguably the most listen-to category of music in contemporary USA. Popular music practice and patronage are located within the social and ideological sphere of the "American Youth" who is fast gaining notoriety as the most volatile sub-group within the socio-political configuration of modern societies. Using a synthesis of the theory of consumer behavior and the open system theory in social psychology and marketing, this paper observes that the texts, themes and visual representations of popular songs as well as lifestyles of "musical idols", can create intra- and inter-personal conflicts which can militate against the "culture of peace". This is done essentially through the mass media which has a tremendous impact on initiating new ideologies or re-enforcing prevailing ones, as well as causing changes in value orientations. The paper's methodology is mainly content analysis of selected texts of popular songs, coupled with a critical analysis and deductive appraisal of existing literature and personal experience on the subject matter. The paper concludes that since ideologies are embedded in texts, the texts of popular songs are potential agents of the "culture of conflict", and inversely, the "culture of peace".
