My Career as a Principal

Introduction

In my perspective, Career is the role that undertake throughout individual life such as education, training, paid and unpaid work, leisure activities, volunteer work, family and many more. However, it is associates traditionally with a paid employment on a single occupation. I believe that if person gain more experience in the particular field than it is a gateway to building a unique career path. However, it's my dream as well to become a successful person in my life same as other believes.

Awareness about My Career

It is important for individual to have awareness about a career. As a child, I had always pondered what I would be when I grew up. When I was about 5 years old already spent couple of years in Kindergarten School where I like the way school Principal guide. I realized that I had always loved the idea of taking care of children and finally determined to grow up and become a School principal.

My Sister and Law is a live example for me and she is one important reason that I choose principal career as my profession. I always influence with her personality, attitude, behaviour and way she respond. Once interview with her, she told about her job as, “The role of a principal is not a set daily task. There are days that meetings are set up but have to be interrupted to talk to students or parents. My primary role is to assist and support instruction every way I can”. She is a proper guidance book for me who share her experience as school principal and my motivational level grown up.
