This research focuses on the impact of human resources strategy of Nokia corporation in its attempt to satisfy its customers located all around the world. The use of various HRM practices employed at Nokia was studied through different journals and consequently relevant data was screened. Finding of this study revealed that the use of HR strategies effectively played a vital role in customer satisfaction and effectiveness of Nokia all around the world.

The Nokia company is currently going through a transformation where it tends to lead solution as a mobile provider. Currently, the main aim of the company is transform and build the company through using effective HR practices for business success and motivation of its employees. There are many ways by which Nokia continues to foster employee morale and has kept the employees and customers happy. The success of Nokia is greatly attributed to its practices of HR. The company keeps in check the job attributes and characteristics. The company aims to sustain the high performance in the longer run and keeping its workforce motivated. The managers play a key role in inspiring individuals to do their best and include creative ideas to demonstrate their growth and productivity.

Further, Nokia employs feedback methods from different higher ups in the hierarchy to grasp through discussion the various issues and problems faced by the company. Sometimes, such feedback also has a negative impact on the employees. The conversations with employees
