The Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a method to create between human beings relationship based on empathy, compassion, cooperation, harmony and respect for self and others. This is a communication tool, mainly verbal, which can be used to resolve conflicts between two people or in groups. The practice of Nonviolent Communication would also be in a better relationship with you, to better understand their needs and deep support, independently and responsibly, the various aspects of his life. This is not therapy, but it may have interesting therapeutic implications. The Nonviolent Communication could be beneficial to anyone who wishes to communicate with more authenticity and effectiveness.

Emotional blackmail is a particularly powerful form of manipulation which threatens near, directly or indirectly. The person (spouse, friend, professional relationship) can play of our feelings and her knowledge of our character and our weaknesses to get what she wants from us, through the clever threat alternating and affection.
