It is the ethical as well as social issue regarding the concern of the health of the patients as well as health of nurses. Being under esteemed, nurses are leaving their professions. Prominent deduction in the budgets of the nursing staff as well as issues evolved due to the shortage of the nurses induces the ANA to fight for legislation that will trigger the hospitals managements to focus on unit by unit plan for the staffing of the nurses. Inadequate staffing induces the need of a bill related to the adequate staffing of the nurses in order to make the care system more effective as well as to provide high quality care to the patients.
