In addition, this improved energy transfers into being more creative at job and at home. Fruits and vegetables are good sources of vitamins and mineral. This will ensure that your body is getting the right amount of nutrients needed for it to function properly. They are also an excellent source of fiber thus; they will keep you fuller for a longer period of time. In this way, you will be avoiding having to binge take and intake unnecessary junk food that can be fattening. Proper fitness levels can only be reached with some hard work, no procrastinating and knowledge. All too often we take our bodies for allowed and anticipate feeling like we are in perfect health (Ryff and Singer, 2008).
