Incident Command System

Following is an Incident Command System through which the destruction of such events can be minimized.

Command staff

The standard three individual staff functions deal with public affairs, liaison with other agencies (and with higher command if it exists), and a security officer worried with security of the occurrence answer personnel.

General staff

In a highly technical incident, the Commander might have an adviser (e.g., on radiation). Its rudimentary association has four or sometimes five sections:
