It includes varied teaching and learning material, for instance, instructions for priest, prophets' oracles, and ancient records of the royal courts and teachings of wise men. Due to the diverse nature, the Old Testament literature based on history, legendary, didactic, and some of the literature is legalistic. Most of the literature of Old Testament was written in Hebrew, however, some of the portion was written in Aramaic, which was a kindred language that used as a common language among the Jewish community during the period of post-Exilic era.

The name Old Testament or the other known term is Old Covenant is basically a Christian title, which imitates the trust of the before time Christians Church. Similarly, today the Bible that is known to us is the refined end book of the long process of inscription, bowdlerization and picking of text from different sources that linked with the Jews religion concepts, the reason behind is because of their long literary history (Religion Facts, 2013). An important point that author mentioned that it cannot be unspecified that a group of men unruffled writing as what they thought what God actually stating them but in reality, the Bible is the reflection of human events, historical situations, men reaction to these situations and the human belief on God that HE actually in the events.

The legendary narration of Bible was derived and said to begun in the period of Solomon when two men and further on groups of men started to producing what actually becomes the basis of Old Testament. However, the new events and the sovereigns that actually essential for the porch of the national history because of the mounting theology of the latest facets of the connection that started to develop an existence between the nation and the God. Yet there were some issues in the selecting the literature because it had been witnessed that undoubtedly there were certain materials, which were redundant over the years that reflect the selectivity of materials.

The current form of Old Testament actually open with the religious mores based on the derivation of the mankind and the world (Got Question, 2013).
