Introduction

This essay focus on the provision of clear understanding of strong relationship between multiculturalism and Olympic Movement and dynamics terms and concepts attached to the movement to foster cultural exchange internationally.

Multiculturalism

Despite some controversy about the term cultural diversity or used in the sense of cultural diversity or anthropological sense direction of relativism, the International Olympic Academy uses the term relating to the Olympic movement, which assuming universal values. The Academy was successful in achieving this desirable enterprise which is the assessment of different cultures and peoples.

It is structured, such as the content and process allows participants to not only learn, but also proclaimed by the universal values, prejudice, discrimination, amateurism, doping, gigantism, media, marketing and policy. These are individual reactions to each culture and nation. Despite this, the Academy made the Olympic movement in theory and tries to act and create ideas and suggestions, as in the case of Olympic education.

During the seminar, where the Olympic movement is represented by students is hard to imagine that the audiences are merging heritage diverse cultures, experiences, perspectives and different types of diversity, of being an Olympic philosophy. Most part of the history of the Olympic movement is methodologically naive. In their normal form focuses on the specific descriptions and less attention is paid to the context. Therefore, omissions of reactions, hardly known analysts bring mask controversy and ambivalence. Intellectual property disputes otherwise, the less clearly non-contextual recognition. This is especially true when the French cultural environment is not counted in historical research the initial stages of the Olympic idea (CANTON, 1996, 15).

While at first this seems like it all quite familiar with Olympic questions and speeches, some of the concepts are incorrect and confusing for a few cultures. They try to adapt formal debates, but sometimes cannot avoid dissatisfaction with respect to their participation in the construction of the Olympic movement. Lack of bridge appears when making constructive links between the abstractions of the Olympic movement and sport ethnically and culturally diverse. Some representatives from Asian and African countries are eligible for both content and process in the Olympic movement. For them it must include changes to reflect the cultural diversity.

Sports for All

Although the Olympic Charter states, in principle, eight, that sport practice of human rights that everyone should be allowed to practice, I have not seen the responses strengthened relations between the Olympic Movement and the proposal for all sports. The reason for this lack of connection is probably due to only the recent inclusion of the principle of eight belonging to the fundamental principles of the Olympic Charter.
