Introduction

The Code of Ethics and Principles of Professional Conduct

The Code of Ethics is divided into three main areas:

Obligation to the student

Obligation to the public

Obligation to the education profession

It is important that a certified teacher knows the code and understand the basic consequences for not complying in the workplace. (Blackhar; Kline, J. P. 2005).

The Code of Ethics for Professional Florida Educator

The educator values ?the worth and dignity of each person, the search for truth, devotion to excellence, acquisition of knowledge, and the nature of democratic society. The freedom to learn and teach and ensuring equal opportunities for all are essential to achieve these standards. (Blackhar; Kline, J. P. 2005).

The educator's primary professional interest is always focused on the student and to develop their potential. Therefore, the teacher will strive to achieve professional growth and seek to exercise the best professional judgment and integrity. (Blackhar; Kline, J. P. 2005).

Ethical leadership as related to federal and state law

Ethical leadership is often set with cooperative and consensus-oriented leadership alike. This definition is insufficient in my opinion. It is also likely to blame, that ethics is a term more associated with "soft" do-gooders, indulge in a circle of chairs unrealistic utopia. I would describe the same content rather than just human or human-oriented management.

Ethical leadership has for me, therefore, probably something to do with an inner attitude. And we play values ??of respect, transparency, trust, fairness, authenticity; sustainability, etc. play a role. These properties can be seen, but as in different leadership styles, such as an authoritarian or participative. (Drake, R. A. 1993).

Which of these styles should be used depends on the context and current situation. Factors are such type of company (startup or group), education level of employees, operations, market conditions, competition, etc. In such crisis situations demanded more speed in decision making as in the development of such core values. For the understanding of ethical leadership, you can resort to its negative definition, i.e. to identify those aspects of leadership that recognizes unethical. However, it should be understood that ethical leadership is a more complex entity than just a set of rules prescribing that a leader should not do. (Drake, R. A. 1993).

One of the options to define ethical leadership can be an understanding on what it is directed - namely, the creation and implementation of effective capacity noble means.
