Introduction

This paper is proposed to analyze the improvement in the organizations with the operations management. Managing quality and operations is a vital and essential factor for the growth and development of the business organization. In this regard the paper presents various approaches to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness in performance of a business. It is proposed on three tasks where each task covers different approach. Firstly, the paper determines the demand and capacity for maximizing the strength in the business operations. Secondly, the task propose the lean management approach and its application for the improvement in the service operations. Thirdly, the paper uses the six sigma strategy and its application on the companies where there is comparison among the companies and the application of approach. The failure or success of the operations sector or quality assurance sector of any business organization has a great influence on the ability of country in order to compete with other nations and it also has a great influence on the economy of the country.

This section presents the content from other reports and the approaches they have used to monitor demand capacity of the manufacturing and service organizations. In this section there is content of two different reports regarding the approaches of demand and capacity.

Approach to maximize the strength of Demand Capacity

This article is proposed to strengthen the system of supply chain in order to maximize the availability of the products and services for the customers. To achieve this objective this report proposes the approaches which are presented in this section. The following report is cited in the section of citations in which the research is conducted by the University of Bremen in Germany.

According to Scholz-Reiter the worldwide supply chains are mind boggling dynamical frameworks. Because of nonlinear conditions between preparation areas, as of recently a bother at one area can change the dynamic conduct of the entire inventory network. As an outcome the supply of clients in time may be at danger. This paper we introduces a methodology to production network plan that expands the vigour of a production network with respect to aggravation of the processing methodologies (Scholz-Reiter, 2010).
