Introduction

Every organization, and the various branches and parts of that organization, require proper management and specialized professionals and personnel in order to work in the desired manner. This implies that if the organization is supposed to come up with the preferred output, it must be equipped with right professional and departments to fit the need of the organization and thus assist in getting the desired results and generate profit. It must be noticed that organizations that have excess of human resource are never successful, as the additional number of employees play their part in deteriorating the system and dragging work, instead of getting it done on properly and in the same manner, lack of required human resource also proves to be a drawback of the organization as it puts extra burden on the existing employees and does not allow them to put their best efforts.

Lack of proper training for the employees also results in deterioration in the structure of organization, and poorly managed departments with untrained and unmotivated employees cannot cause success of the organization. On the other hand, these factors gradually take the organization towards complete distortion, and thus these must be avoided in order to ensure smooth running of the organizational processes.

As our organization deals with software development and distribution, a rapidly growing industry with fast increasing competition, the company must be regularly equipped with latest technology and new employees, who are similar with the use of modern methods and techniques and thus can play their part in training the existing employees as well. It is a well known fact that younger generation has more tendencies to get equipped with the use of latest technology, and thus the company needs a young and energetic manager to oversee the functions of the software development department and ensure proper training and management of the new employees. It is eminent to mention here that the manager would be specifically appointed to manage and supervise the newly established software development department, that solely deals with the development of customized software's, made on order for the specific corporate customers (Rothman, 2007). This department holds immense importance for the organization because, if run and managed properly, it could be an excellent source of revenue and can also assist in maintaining better relations with the corporate world.
