Abstract

The research paper aims to discuss the topic of “Organizational structure and leadership”. As for several decades, the structure and leadership style of an organization has been the focus of empirical research. The researcher's objectives have always been finding out the effect on performance of employees with different structure and leadership of an organization. For instance, how the formal and informal structure will impact on organization's effectiveness. Secondly, the decision making authority of an organization should be centralized or decentralized and how does different stakeholders influence the decision making process within an enterprise.
