Organizational Culture Of Greenscape

The culture within an organization is formed due to the policies, principles, practices and values of the organization. Several organizations reflect a specific culture in their internal environment and it is considered to be the reflection of their objectives and goals. It also influences the behaviours of the employees that works within the organization and have a strong impact on those who are outside the organization. The four main types of cultures that are found in most of the organizations are the group culture, development culture, rational culture and hierarchal culture. The group culture is primarily concerned with the relationship with the humans within the organization. The organizational culture in which the management and owners work closely with the employees is a group culture that emphasizes on the occurrence of flexibility within the organization, the primary focus and concern of a group organizational culture is the promotion and development of an internal organizational culture in which employees are being treated equally and which responds to their needs and requirements so that employees feel themselves as part of the organization. The development culture in an organization focuses on the change and flexibility but the main focus of the development organizational culture is to maintain their image in the external environment or the industry in which they operate. The primary concerns and orientations of the development culture is the resource acquisition, growth, Adaptation to the external environment and creativity. The rational culture of an organization focuses on the performance of the employees, the productivity, objective achievement, goal fulfilment and success achievements. The organization with well defined objectives and goals usually pursue the rational culture and they also emphasizes on competing in the external environment. The last type of culture in an organization is the hierarchical culture which focuses on the uniformity in the internal environment, efficiency, evaluation and coordination. They emphasize on the execution of the regulations in the organization and the motivating factors include the orders, rules, Security and regulations that are the core objectives of the organization (Denison & Spreitzer, 1991).

It has been observed that the group organizational culture is evident in the case of Greenscape. The company has well maintained its group and the relationship with the employees that have lead towards the loyalty and integrity of the employees or staff with the organization. The core objectives of the group culture organizations such as the Greenscape include trust, cohesiveness, attachment, belongings and membership.
