BIM stands for Building Information Modelling.It is the emerging term that refers to the extensive use of digital 3D building modeling that is basically depicts the detailed information to acquire the objective of the incorporated project data, with the better visualization and data sharing and can be access by several members of the consulting organization. The Toronto National Building was constructed in the year 1982, but was remain unutilized in the hub of the Portland's major district of business and trade. Construction changes were to be made by adding up the floor levels and the front façade was removed.
