The company provides more than twenty brands and generated more than $65 billion in net revenue for the year 2012. PepsiCo was established when Pepsi-Cola and Frito-Lay merged in the year 1898. PepsiCo has always tried to develop and maintain the image of an ethical company which behaves morally with the consumers, environment, and the employees.
