During last fifty years, Ryton Organic Garden has developed a big and strong reputation for being expert and skilled in their field. Garden organic has high esteem in eyes of many of its shareholders for commendable sustainable procedures and methods (Garden organic, 2009, pp. 03). This organization offers huge benefits for all. Benefits are like; benefits for people's health and welfare, benefits for environment sustainability, for healthy food security and for structuring strong communities.

Ryton Organic Garden is UK organic growing charity, which help growers by preserving vegetable seeds from heritage cultivators and make them available to them. It is basically a third sector organization which plays a vital role in developing high quality services which public expects from the organization s. the third sector organization includes charities, voluntary groups and social organizations. This type of organization help finding innovative solutions, reaching the most disaffected people and offers a personal touch (O.Corry 2010, pp. 13).

Discussion

Issue 1:

As I am working for Ryton Organic Gardens, I was asked to meet some members of the staff in the organization who did not have their job descriptions. By meeting them, I was suppose to analyze their duties and responsibilities. I have made the job descriptions of finance director, head of commercial program, head of income generator, part time gardener, grounds man and horticulture research manager. I have made their job description based on their individual and organizational competencies.
