Introduction

From different aspects, the life is based on the facts of learning. The life is influenced by the behaviors and actions that are occurred in the surrounding of a person. According to the social theory, the growth of individuals is actually based on the environmental impact. The human brain development from a blank slate to a thinking mind is due to the learning that occurs for him. There are several life stages in which a person has a number of competencies, which make him an intellectual. The development of human refers to an ongoing process and continued till the end of life. Taking into consideration my own life experience, a range of life experiences set the rules of what is to appear. The significance of every deed that I experienced consciousness or unconsciousness played a key role in the body and mind development. The development of a person starts with the birth of a child. Nevertheless, people are not always act in a conscious way, but the environment on a continuous basis taught a number of new things.

Discussion

Development theory of Erik Erikson provides an in-depth understanding on human development and its stages. Conversely, the theory of social learning stresses on the human right development from the birth while impacts of the social learning theory on processes of learning as compared to what literally develops the mind of a person to proceed in a particular manner. Erik proposed psychological development was the outcome of his research on the Freud. The infancy age is the first stage of Erikson's developmental model. At infancy age, he highlighted important child personality measures and depict that a child grow up in the healthy environment that helps him in learning to trust. However, in the social learning theory, phase of learning asserts the new born babies having a slate mind, but they start to take affects from the environment (Walker & Matarese, 2011).

Studies have confirmed that environment played a significant role in the development of a child; bad surrounding like come across abuse will have a significant impact his mind stature in later life. Taking a look over my life, I brought up in pretty good conditions from childhood as I never come across anything harsh in my later life. The obvious reason was the good nurturing facilities given by my parents. The initial phase of a child development is between 18 months to 3 years where a child learn basic abilities such as a child learn to feed and talk, as well as exposed to diverse behaviors in nurturing his abilities to learn right or wrong. Moreover, learn the autonomy ability and events of shame (Moshman, 2011). Child probably develops self-confidence when brought up with care. This phase is emphasized by Erik as it shapes the pattern of child's sensitivity and has significant influence in the adulthood.
