Personal Statement

This report is a general framework of self analysis, which consists of my personal and professional development skills, in addition with my management skills that would help in my future. The details will be followed by the narrative which would look upon my best in the context of my understanding and roles which I performed in my previous experiences. The report is a reflection of my current roles and performances, with my performances in the past, along with analyzing the skills and strengths I have deployed with time. There are some of the strategic positions which I have designed for myself while analyzing my skills. Communications hinders my performances in many terms; it costs me very high in front of a large audience. I am good at my native language and speak it fluently but does posses the same in English Language. However, these skills can be improved by proper learning and speaking it with others. This is the personal hardship that I intend to overcome in order to achieve my aim. I came from the northeastern part of the China, to America for my higher studies since my family has an educational background, they also encouraged me to go abroad to attain a higher level degrees. American's native language is English, and the courses and the higher studies are all in the medium of English; thus I had trouble in my initial days in interacting with people, and studying the course material. However, in a short span of time, the command over the language has been improved, but still it needs improvement. I started off with the learning process in the age of 16, that time I was unable to communicate, does not have any friend either. I personally feel like, language and the changed culture became the biggest barrier in my studies, which I coped a lot, and still have to overcome.

After my arrival in USA, I felt as I am in a completely new world, everything was so different from the place, I live and born in before. Adapting the new culture was really a necessity for me to survive in a new country. As it was not possible to change their lifestyle, thus the only solution was to accept the change and adopt the cultural differences so that they would not come as a hurdle in my way.
