Plan to fix America

Introduction

The sheer volume of historical writing on the U.S. Civil War functions as both the field's primary asset and major liability. It has allowed scholars to develop remarkably sophisticated and accounts of the past. The scale and scope of primary material unearthed and secondary analyses advanced enables Civil War scholars to interpret the war and debate one another with precision available in few other fields of history. At the same time, the ever-increasing size and sophistication of the secondary literature creates its own feedback loop-the demands of engaging with and commenting on the existing scholarship encourages authors to write tightly focused studies rather than ones that analyze the war's broader consequences. The diversity of publishing in the field-especially the application of social and cultural history to the war years-should have alleviated the problem, but instead it has created new and mostly distinct subfields in the literature (Mark, 123). Since, the profusion of historical writing on the Civil War, and despite the excellence of much of that work, we are in danger of learning more and more about less and less. There were a number of challenges that people had to face after the end of the civil war. In this report, we will discuss how can we eradicate racism after the civil war in America, then we will discuss how can we handle the South to make sure that freed slaves are managed in a proper way, and the Southern Elites, i.e. Pro Slave people, are controlled. Finally, I will discuss how abolitionists can help in reconstruction of the country after the civil war.

Fighting Racism

The most important matter that we will have to do is to approach those institutions that were supporting and legitimizing the concept of racism in the country. These were powers in the South that were telling people in the South that ideas, and behavior supporting racism are respectable, and there is no such thing to be ashamed of supporting racism. The rationale for these people behind committing such acts was that they were heavily dependent upon slaves to live their lives and carry out their daily works. I will have to make them realize that supporting racism of shamelessness (Barrett, 89).

Racism in all its forms and anti-Semitism is one justifies violence against people it designates. This violence may be limited to jokes, take the form of discrimination or blows, leading to the expropriation, expulsion. Many of us, individuals or nations, are to thank you for this idea, consciously or unconsciously, that” foreign is the enemy.
