Introduction

The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant and factual information relating to the analysis of technology in education. Nowadays, information technologies play a significant role in the modern world. Information technologies have a long history. Some technologies were created a few years ago, while some technologies are comparatively new. Technologies have penetrated all spheres of human activities: education, politics, trade, medicine, and this list can be prolonged. Television and phones are considered to be the primary technologies which appeared in the life of human beings. New technologies were produces in great amounts. Nonetheless, people used those technologies to simplify the process of fulfilling domestic duties. In this study I will discuss, Can Too Much Use of Technology in Schools is Detrimental to Learning? I will consider my own views and experiences about the harmful impacts of excess use of technology among students and how it will affect student's school life.

School climate helps the school to maintain and organize the school building and classes at a level that gives a feeling of a school. School climate gives the feeling to students, staff, teachers and parents to feel the way about being at school every day. School climate is an important factor that helps in improving educational performance and in reforming school. It also provides solutions to different problems that can arise in the school, such as bullying, conflicts, moral education etc (Gonder, 1994).

Improving school climate is an important factor. It defines the environment of the school where teachers, students, and every personnel linked with school feels valued and work together by concerning about safety and disorder. There are several factors which contribute to maintain a school climate, including faculty relations, leadership and decision making, attitude and culture, appearance and physical plant, disciplined environment, relations between school and community, and learning environment. To improve the school climate in school, the focus must be on chief six components that define school climate:

Support, response, care and respect must be promoted between communication of staff and teachers with children.

Sense of trust between teachers and staff with students must be promoted.

School must not promote harassment and discrimination on any basis in school.

School must welcome students, staff and teachers from different cultures.

The school shows the sense of belonging to personnel, where they respect and value the school.

School gives the perception of helpful and inviting to parents.

The mentioned components are interrelated to each other and must not be operated independently. For example, physical environment has as effect of social environment, where it can play a part to discourage or encourage social communication. Likewise, social communication promotes affective environment, and academic environment can create an impact on affective, social and physical environment. To improve the behavior and attitude of students, it is important for me as a Principal to improve the culture and climate of the school.
