Dyslexia among teenagers and young people is a common problem which has not been addressed the way it should have been. According to Dyslexia Research Institute (2012), dyslexia is evident in ten to fifteen percent (15%) of the US population where five percent (5%) have been diagnosed with severe reading and writing disability, but surprisingly only five (5) people out of hundred (100) individuals receives relevant assistance related with the disorder.
