According to the big five dimensions of personality, the behavior of each participant displayed differently among each other. The first colleague showed behavior that represents him as an extrovert. As he seems very socialize and wants to get centre of the attention. Second colleague showed behavior towards agreeableness because he was enjoying by working with us but mostly prefer to work alone. Third colleague showed behavior that represents the conscientiousness of that individual because he seems very organized and hard worker towards his work. The fourth colleague was having a neuroticism personality because he was showing his behavior towards the anxiety and worried and got jealous among others' performance. The fifth and last colleague showing his interests towards new experiences and sharing new ideas like exploring new places and new foods (Gurven et al. 2012).

In the psychology, there is a significant importance of the Big Five Model that is used to identify the characteristics and structure of human personality. It tells us that whom we are psychologically that is which is done through the assessment and ensure us that we cannot change that who we are actually but only we are able to provide our best according to our personality traits. The Big five personality assessment and other assessments tests are not only universal but also biological in nature. Many of us believe that these types of tests bring a true image of their personalities. These assessments enable us to getting a straight forward result instead of providing ambiguous results. Through which we can identify our personality traits easily. People also judged us by our behavior and the way we act but actually they are not aware of our internal qualities or personality traits that may be wrong judge-mental for them but these type of assessments provide true results for an individual personality (Allik and McCrae 2004).

Each of the participants played a vital role in the game. One colleague assumed a role of inventive and curious nature but he seemed also highly emotional. As he had excellent ideas and interests in arts and abstractions, he got a vivid imagination. Second participant assumed a role of organized in nature and efficient towards his work. He was quite self disciplined entire the game show. As whenever he used to get any task, he excited towards the work and did not shrink his duties. The fourth participant assumed a role as an extrovert, who is more outgoing in nature and contained a bundle of energy. He was totally action-oriented individual and ever ready for exciting the opportunities. In the game show, he started the conservation first and talkative in nature. Fifth participant assumed a role neurotic that showed his behavior towards the nervousness and sensitiveness. He used to get anger easily, having much more depression of his past activities and faced such unpleasant emotions.
