Abstract

This research proposal aims at undertaking the vital domain of counselling method of emailing at the community college level. The implementation of e-counselling for assisting the users, especially the students regarding the difficulties or problems they face in their institutional concerns. Moreover, the proposal discusses the relevant aspects and needs of the implementation of e-counselling, together with the root causes of students worries and issues. The relevant research and the possible objectives and outcomes are also discussed in this proposal.

Introduction

Science has progressed to its extremes in all the fields related to the development and betterment of mankind. The main aspect of everyone's need in this technologically advanced age is to get proper education for leading a prosperous life. The quality and standard of education matters a lot in this regard, together with the resources. There are people who cannot go and attend classes at colleges because of any reason. The reasons vary from person to person depending upon the circumstances encountered by all the individuals. Therefore, e-counselling services are the online services provided to such students living far from the educational campuses. These services enable them to access the educational stuff and manage their educational activities staying online. The reason for approaching e-counselling can also be the compelled scenarios of the students' lives. However, the sole purpose of email-counselling is to provide advices and suggestions related to the educational concerns. The implementation of e-counselling at the community college level is required for the issues resolving and problems solving of the students in their educational activities.



Problem Statement

There are people in this world, who are facing different scenarios regarding their educational and daily life concerns in the society. There are educational institutions working to fulfil the knowledge building and technical enhancement needs of the students. However, not all the people are living in the same environmental conditions. There are people who cannot go to the colleges or universities for getting proper education, or the relevant guidance; either the colleges are far from their residence or they are compelled not to go out for this purpose. The compelling situations cannot be regarded as the wrong or right, but they are meant to manage it with their educational activities. Science and technology have not left these people alone at the mercy of the environmental conditions. There is an e-counselling approach provided online to enable the students be advised in their educational career. The community colleges are needed to facilitate the students with this approach of e-counselling to relieve the load on their minds. The use of technology by the students is a significant factor of their communicating strategies with the world. Therefore, e-counselling implementation in the community colleges will be a reasonable method to use the internet and communicational technologies for the purpose of students' welfare.
