Introduction

This topic is chosen due to importance of the second language acquisition and the need that was felt as second language speakers face a number of issues that are not highlighted generally. In research on bilingualism, the question I have considered most relevant is how language is acquired first and which second. Learn the other national language can make any of them is the “second” language, although in certain parts of the country one can be as “foreign” as the Spanish or Greek (Wright, et al. 1991). Owing to this confusion, there is a need to make distinction between foreign language and second language.
