A Reflective Diary of Personal Experiences

Introduction

Freud perceived that the psychoanalytic approach has three structures: The one is id, the second is said to be the ego and finally the superego. The foremost id comprises of the instincts, the accumulation of the psychic efficacy. According to Freud, the id is completely unconscious, which has no connection with reality. Secondly, the ego is called the administrative classification of personality that deals with the appeal of certainty.

The ego is considered to be the administrative classification of an individual's personality due to reason that it utilizes the analysis of decision making. But the ego and id don't possess the ethics. The Sigmund Freud established a number of the most significant theories of the psyche advancement. By exploring the motivation levels of the behaviors, Freud elaborated the unique levels of abstractions in the human thought and perceptions. The main idea of the psychoanalytic approach, which interconnects my histories to my experiences in the organization, and the images and feelings, which linked to me once are transmitted onto the figures, which become eligible to occupy the same unconscious situations later in the life.

Positive psychology

Positive psychology is the systematic study of the weaknesses, virtues and strengths, which enables the individual, organization and the communities to prosper. The center of the positive psychology helps to promote the training, dissemination, research and education of positive psychology. It helps the people who have the desire to lead the fulfilling and meaningful lives, additionally to encourage and make them explore themselves, which ultimately enhances their experiences of different routine works, play and love.

Psychoanalytic Approach

Psychoanalysis is the subdivision of depth psychology founded by Sigmund Freud. It is both a clinical performance intended to improve mental disorder and an imaginary body of knowledge relating to the unconscious mental developments and their conscious expressions. In fact, the psychoanalysis has not been a foremost custom in the expansion and extension of organizational theory; it has made some distinguished contributions to areas of organizational theory, such as group organizational culture, leadership dynamics.

It has also established a number of motivating applications in organizational conferences. The main idea of the psychoanalytic approach, which interconnects my histories to my experiences in the organization, and the images and feelings, which linked to me once are transmitted onto the figures, which become eligible to occupy the same unconscious situations later in the life.

Source of Excitement, Anger and Illusion

I have perceived that the approach of psychoanalytic recognizes both the sources of excitement and creativity of my organization for me, but has also proved to be a deep cause of anxiety, illusion and discontent. It interferes in the constant dynamics of my ego and the organization, and has the ability to penetrate the unconsciousness of my life very deeply. My dreams, fears, emotions, anxieties, impulses and fantasies are noticed in my experiences while considering as a member of the organization.
