Significance to the psychology of women

The rationale for selecting this book is that this book explains how women handle stress both in the situation when she is single and when she in a relationship with some men. When a woman is under stress they might not handle the stress smartly because of their extra sensitive nature. The relation to the psychology of this book is that the author has tried to come up with solutions to handle the stress caused by the reasons mentioned above which in turn leads to the extensive fighting with boyfriends, husbands and eventually ending up relations and breakups (Prentice.D, et.al, 2002). These will also help to reduce the gap such as why the relations end up so easily and due to extremely ignorable reasons. From the learning viewpoint, the book helps to discover new ways, to reduce the stress for both men and women, and the relationships more strong with simultaneously increasing the levels of attraction amongst both, men and women. The new ways of communication between men and women are also discovered in this book which will also lead to a decrease in the stress level. Moreover, one more learning point of this book is to determine that why the past relationships failed and what both men and women should do to experience success in the future with regards to relationships and handle stress with emotional intelligence (Assagioli.R, N.D).The upcoming sections of this analysis report will provide information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of this book in linking the book with psychology of women.
