Simulation strategy pertains to impartment of learning through imitation of operational procedure in time. In terms of cardiac care, the strategy of simulation is very important. When it comes to nursing care, the fundamental problem lies with enhancing nursing care to a proper grade, since cardiology is the most significant genre dealing with human life and survival (Fitzgerald et al, 2010).

The problem

The study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of nursing care by implementation of teaching through simulation. The problem was to enhance nursing care standards in cardiac wards. The study is based upon assessing current standards. It adds value to nursing care in cardiac wards. It attempts to align nursing care with cardiac wards requirements (Wilson & Klien, 2012).

The purpose

The purpose of the study is to enhance nursing care in cardiac wards. The idea is to enhance nursing care standards in cardiac ward. The study investigates factors that affect nursing care in cardiac wards. It quantifies the effectiveness of teaching through simulation. Research question
