Organizations are formed for the purpose of accomplishing certain desired goals and targets set by the top level management. Employees work together to achieve goals, and their actions and work depend on their skills and qualities. Every organization consists of different members, who work together for the purpose of achieving goals (Manousakis, 2006). Organizations need to stay updated and managers have to put an effort in order to analyze and evaluate the different aspects of organization. Organizations have different aspects which collectively help in the development and progress of the organization. The employees and management work in order to satisfy the needs of their customers and this is only possible when they produce quality products following a given range of quantity (Prabhu, 1997).

An organization is a combination of different departments involved in different activities which include production, packaging, marketing, finance, human resource and many others. All these collectively work in order to achieve the desired outcome, so that the organization can grow and develop. The management of the organization is responsible to take different decisions related to different activities going on in the organization after viewing, analyzing and evaluating the activities (Lawless & Grayson, 2004).

Potential Areas in Organizations

Organizations have different potential areas, and the managers need to focus on these potential areas so as to make sure that these areas are improved. This helps in the betterment of the organization as every part of the organization is considered to be important. The managers need to actively do their jobs by analyzing and monitoring every part of the organization. After the analysis is completed, the management gets aware of the progress and development of the organization, and then they take decisions related to different aspects which can help the organization in developing and progressing (Stapp, 2009). Potential of the organization depends on its activities, employees and management and with the passage of time organizations need to focus on development so that they can become competitive in the industry.

Every organization has some strengths and weaknesses and it is necessary that they are aware of it.
