Discussion

The purpose of Armed Forces of the United States is to explore and nurture young blood, because the basis of hosts to be and have always been somewhat young. The research has proved that people with older and full psychophysical abilities will perform much better than teenagers that appear in training center. The job of a soldier is a hard job, and that youth, takes on exciting limits. A person in his or her teenage often take decisions that goes against them, this is just because an 18 year old does not imply rational decision making. However, a mature person would take in to consideration all the positives and negative aspects before taking any decision or drawing any conclusion. In military, especially front line officers, it is necessary to think and decide rationally as to what strategies and tactics need to be developed to defeat the enemy, or what strategies need to taken to protect yourself when you are nearby line of fire etc. The Army is one of the most important organizations of the country, which always need young blood.

Raising age to 21 would also allow the people in age bracket of 18-21 to be a part of U.S army (Eitelberg, pp. 31-18). This will add more talent and skills in the pool of individuals being recruited by the military. The soldier is a person permanently or temporarily engaged by the army for service or cooperation. It could be either lower-ranking soldier, but also non-commissioned officer or officer. Increasingly, the army goes out differently: civil graduates come to the army, there to find the stability and growth opportunities. The Army continually enjoys a very high credibility and prestige. ...
