Counterfeiting is a serious problem that many of the industries are facing these days. Many industries have started getting affected because of the counterfeiting of their products. Counterfeiting means a copy of original products which can be confused with and referred to as original products with trademarks. Such products are made with the aim to be similar to the original products so that they may be mistaken for the original ones and are purchased by the consumer. (Furnham & Valgeirsson, 2007) stated that trademark or competition rules are violated in such cases. Often there is also piracy violation of copyrights, industrial designs, utility models, patents and other rights of intellectual property and intellectual property rights associated. Often it is debatable whether it is counterfeiting or not. Especially in the area of products whose value lies significantly in the aesthetic value, which is widely used, such as clothing and bags. If the shape of these products or utility model protection is protected, there are usually no legal objections; otherwise - in stock form of design protection - manufacturers often try to circumvent legal recourse through minor changes of form (Wee, Ta & Cheok, 1995). Basically legal ones are generic, which resemble an original. If the similarity is too large, then the generic product is also plagiarized. A large portion of plagiarism comes from many years of the People's Republic of China and Thailand.
