Proposal

The aim of the research work is to work in the center for investigative and diagnostic cancer, cancer vaccine, involvement of the pregnancy hormone, hCG, in the autocrine growth of bladder cancer cell lines, developing a novel cancer vaccine which would evoke antibodies capable of neutralizing these growth factors.

Background

A study conducted in our laboratory to detect the presence of 12 types of the viruses, along with an indication of their risk oncology. We identify the following medium and risks types of HPV: HPV 16, HPV 18, HPV 31, HPV 33, HPV 35, HPV 39, HPV 45, HPV 52, HPV 56, HPV 58, HPV 59, HPV 66. In order to further improve the quality of cancer medical research, in this collection of human specimens for cancer molecular biology research, and suggestions to improve the quality of the molecular biology of cancer research, in research and trial compiled about the molecular biology of cancer research papers on specimens content when the specimen collection and use correct, more conducive to improving the quality of published articles and research (Cancer Prevention Coalition, 2010). Molecular biology of cancer research is very extensive, these studies cannot be separated to collect specimens of cancer patients, properly collected specimens of cancer patients, is conducive to obtain the correct results, related to the success or failure of the study or the quality of papers, but found some information about cancer molecular biology research papers are often in the area of research methods, the description of how to collect specimens of cancer patients, a band, did not elaborate process of acquisition cancer patient specimens, or scientific description of the acquisition of the cancer patient specimens, not strictly biomedical journals in reviewer, also failed to give sufficient attention to the scientific nature of the cancer patient specimen collection, therefore, the special proposed herein cancer molecular biology research collection of human specimens recommendations for Medicine and researchers.

Methods

I have used different methods to work on my research proposal and studied several journals to identify the ideas, which bring good results for my proposal. The studies I used show that over-diagnosis of cancer are not uncommon. I have used the ideas of Journal of the National Cancer Institute' research results published, which revealed that over-diagnosis of cancer in the United States could be a serious problem. The authors of the study were Blau H. M & Springer, M.L. (2010) and Cross D. (2009), who were MD from the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont, and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, calling for urgent developed for both clinical and research technology strategies that were able to assess the extent and need for treatment of a cancer and correctly to avoid this way to over (Blau H. et al, 2009),.
