You are right that in order to increase the learning, learners should know the goals of the event. Once the goals are known, it becomes easier to learn what is needed by focusing on the key points. Once the instructor and the leaner have set their goals, it becomes easier to set the learning process in action and ensuring that the goals are met (Hauer & Quill2011).
