Response to Mary Gill

At the time of Paul's mission, Christians were dividing themselves because their beliefs were different and they did not have someone to lead them. In order to reunite the Christians, Paul wrote to the Roman community.

The book of Romans, written around AD 56 and 58, contains the writings of Paul; however, Paul is not the sole author because he had asked Tertius to write for him in some occasions. The fact that Paul is the person with the highest number of books written in the Bible, shows his importance in the development of the Church (Moo, 2000).
