Questionnaire Analysis
The technique I will use is Simple Random Sampling. Sampling, where each element of the target group has an equal chance or probability of the sample is known as simple random sampling. After collecting data, it will analyze and present through micro soft excel. Data analysis is a practice in which the raw data have been ordered and organized in such a way that useful information can be obtained. To organize and think about information is the key to understanding what information and what does not. There are different ways people can approach the analysis of data but we will analyze and present data in MS excel. We will construct number of statements on each element with 5 response categories using Likert scale i.e. strongly agree, agree, undecided, disagree, and strongly disagree.
We will score each of these items from 1 to 5 depending upon the degree of agreement with the statement. The statements can be both positive as well as negative. For positive statements we can score straight away from 5 to 1 i.e. strongly agree to strongly disagree. For the negative statements we have to reverse the score i.e. 1 for “strongly agree” 2 for “agree” , 3 for “neutral”, 4 for “disagree” and 5 for “strongly disagree”. Due to variety of production locations, it was impossible to do face-to-face or telephone interviews with all the middle managers in different locations, therefore I decided to use Simple Random Sampling technique for this I will send my questions in written form to the employees on random basis.
There are popular research methods such as the quantitative and qualitative research methods usually used in the sciences and in other fields of study, but for this research, questionnaire was most appropriate to capture the activities of the firm as well as the application of processes that ...
