This is considerably amongst serious criminal issues, which has threatened various students and security forces in the last one decade. There are numerous cases reported in last ten years that has taken away hundreds of lives of innocent students and other institutional associates. There are numerous factors involved in such ruthless criminal stances, which also includes the carelessness of the state as well as of the media and, in some cases, of the institutions.

This criminal act has not only destroyed numerous homes, where parents have lost their children in coldblooded massacre, but also set a fear in the minds of the juveniles and their parents with respect to going to high schools and colleges (Pigee, 2013).
