Part 1: Joints, Bones and Muscles Anatomy

a. Bones that are include upper limbs and shoulders for example: the wrist, fingers, arms and hands. Pectoral Girdle is another name for the shoulder, it comprises of the Clavicle and Scapula. Factors of which the upper limb comprises on include: Radius, Carpals, Humerus, Metacarpals, Phalanges and Ulna. In Pectoral Girdle there are four bones for the shoulder, and the total is sixty for the upper limbs. Below mentioned are the bones (Tortora & Derrickson, 2010):

Scapula- shoulder, Acromion, and Clavicle

Olecranon and Trochlea- elbow

Humerus- upper arm

Ulna and Radial - forearm

Phalanges- fingers

Carpels- wrist

Metacarpals- hand
