It is mainly about continuous learning at a personal level which will result in contributing to personal context. The people can conduct the personal assessment in terms of the lifelong learning through the evaluation of their threats, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths (Dearing, 1999). My strengths include being friendly, ambitious and have good learning skills. My weakness is that I get stressed when I'm tired which is try to cope through sleep and exercising as it helps in minimizing the stress. The opportunity is the continuation in the further studies while the threats include money and recession.

The personal evaluation will help in the professional learning through the use of tools such as the self-reflective learning and the continuing professional development. The SRL is about reviewing some actions, understanding, judgments and opinions which a person is willing to undertake. This will assist the individual in linking the professional development with the practical issues which one has experienced in the life both academically and socially.
