Introduction

Sex trafficking is due to the greed and sexual desires of the rich which involves the poor women and children and, there are certain issues and cases of sex trafficking in which women are forcefully indulged (Hodge, 2008). Poverty ridden women do not have many options to earn and, make livelihood. They have to up bring their babies in any case, and that is why they adopt prostitution. Though, sex trafficking is the other case in which women is the victim for many centuries (Hodge, 2008). This case is increasing in United States and, not only women but children are getting involved in sex trafficking cases (Kotrla, 2010). Women and children have become the source of sex entertainment for many travelers coming to United States (Flowers, 2011). They have to serve foreign travellers to meet sexual desires. There are methods of selling sex slaves to Arab countries and, this process has become the legal trade in different parts of the world. This is because, sex trafficking considers as the source of income for needy families (Flowers, 2011). Sex trafficking is the largest branch of human trafficking and, involves the crime of sex exploitation of women and children from all over the world (Smolin, 2006). According to an estimate, sex trafficking is making business of $12 billion each year and, different industries have been involved in this business, especially in child trafficking through child pornography, child sex tourism and prostitution (Smolin, 2006).

In Europe and Asia, there are normally four sources of doing this business (Collis, 1997). The first current source is false-front agencies, which are aimed to attract the young female models to work for their agencies and, offer them exciting job opportunities such as; modeling (Hodge, 2008). The victims are targeted online and, through sex traffickers. The second straightforward approach is to target the local prostitutes and strippers because there are several girls in each area who are practicing this occupation and, easily attract towards high income. They become happy by the offer and, ready to travel long distances. It has found that victims are mostly underage and, require false identification to travel and, agency help them to arrange these visas (Flowers, 2011). The third source is to target the poor because, poor has no one to answer because, entire family is suffering from poverty and, they need financial improvements. They get ready for any job opportunity and travel long distances. Sex slaves are mostly poor and, it is also the fact that they are debriefed with their job descriptions several times (Hodge, 2008). Girls are prostituted at different stops in order to earn more money and repay their travel costs (Kotrla, 2010). They may also face the sexual and verbal abuse when they work under such agencies. They loss their moral and ethical values once they become prostitute. When they reach the location of their job, they can be easily trapped by not giving their passports back.
