Shakespeare and King Lear



Introduction

King Lear (The Tragedy of King Lear) considered one of the outstanding tragedies from the pen of William Shakespeare. The production year is probably 1605. The play was at the 26th December 1606 premiered at the English court. The first pressure is in the Quartoausgabe of 1607 / 1,608 William Shakespeare: His True Chronicle of Life and Death of King Lear and his three Daughters, "With the unfortunate life of Edgar, sonne and heire to the Earle of Gloster, and his fill and assumed humor of Tom of Bedlam "before.
