There is a huge roe of global leaders in shaping the performance of globalized organizations. Since globalization has completely transformed the way organizations operate, it has become quite clear for organizations to have efficient global leaders. The persuasive global leaders play a huge role for becoming the role model for the expatriate employees. Since they have to exhibit their leadership skills in the context of a foreign environment, they are given appropriate training and possess the necessary expertise for successfully dealing with foreign individuals (Quinn & D'Amato, 2013).

The organization that operates on a globalized scale is the main entity that is responsible for producing globalized leaders. It should have processes in place that encourage the leaders to transform themselves into global leaders. Global organizations are known to compete at a much broader scope than the localized organizations. In addition to organizations, the parent country and the host country of the organization are also known to be effective tools through which global leaders are produced. Global organizations must develop effective strategies and use the essence of their global leaders in order to better compete in the market place (Quinn & D'Amato, 2013).

Ramifications

In the absence of global leaders, the multinational organizations would be greatly impaired and thus the multinational organizations would not only be inefficient in its operations but also it would be incapable of achieving its globalized objectives. With the absence of global leaders, there would not be any reliable employee that could deal with the foreign employees and customers.
