Situational Analysis

Introduction

The topic is related to the situation which had a concern with the family members. An incident took place that affected the family members to a very large extent. The allegations related to the incident revolved around my 13 year old son and 8 year old daughter who had to wait in the car park for 1-2 hours after their training. The character known as Brian continued to level the allegations. He took advantage of the fact that I suffered from mental illness. It was important have a full inquiry on this issue in order to have a complete analysis of the entire situation. Therefore, all the issues and aspects related to Situational Analysis will be discussed in detail.

Background of the Situational Analysis

The intention of this exercise to have a detailed analysis of recent events involving Brian King and Christine (Chris) Manning and allegations they made against me. It is my strongly held belief that I have been treated differently because of my mental illness. Brian's accusations involved inaccurate and hurtful representations, making me the object of fear and ridicule. The discrimination and the unfavourable treatment from these two men's that is based on prejudice, is also a matter of human rights and cannot be tolerated in a society that is committed to justice and a 'fair go' for everyone. The discrimination from the group of people is certainly not acceptable for anyone. It is important for all the people to behave well in the society. They must not ridicule anyone and it is their responsibility to behave properly. Therefore, people should give respect to other people without showing any bias or discrimination to them.

The Seven Deadly Sins of Narcissism, with an accompanying sarcastic note. It was inappropriate humour on my behalf and it was an inexcusable thing to do. I was tired from the lack of communication between us and felt I was being tolerated rather than supported in my concerns regarding Ben. I felt great remorse and I apologised several times. Events unfolded and Brian and Chris then accused me of criminal damage to Brian's car, stalking, sexual advances, threats to Brian's partner, and loitering at the pool and in the car park. Brian said he spoke with the Club's President, The Coach's Association, Denis Cotrell and Raelene Ryan all of whom agreed he take the matter to the police. There were some questions that needed to be addressed. If true, why does a club take the word of a coach as gospel and not offer mediation? Why are parents allowed to make statements against another parent without first informing the committee they will be doing so? Did Brian make derogatory comments regarding my mental illness thus causing negative thinking which then lead to discrimination ...
