Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to make analysis on the social justice in health care. Nowadays there is a lack of social justice in the educational institutions and educational system. The paper is about the implication of the social justice in the nursing care. This paper discusses the ways through which the social care is implemented in nursing. Social justice advocacy is best represented as the guide in the nursing practice. It is expressed in the professional codes. The shift in the emphasis of nursing advocacy has been reflected through the nursing literature, mentioning the challenges and opportunities linked with evolution of nursing toward a broader social justice advocacy model. This article is a reflection of the social justice advocacy concepts that mentions the professionals codes and the nursing literature. The concspet of social justice in nursing can be reflected through the nursing practice these days.

Literature Review

The definitions of social justice based on a variety of factors, such as political orientation, religious beliefs, and political and social philosophy. If you ask a postmodernist on this concept, he or she is likely to tell you that it is a fairy tale that is not achievable in any way in any form of society. A general definition of social justice is difficult to find and even harder to implement. In essence, social justice means equality before justice, not only in the courts or within the criminal justice, if not have to look at all aspects of society.

Distributive justice is the term that occurs when larger communities or the State provide their members what they should provide for their subsistence and development and that they could not provide themselves (Kneip, 2005). The main examples of distributive justice are equivalency in the legal principle before the law relationships. The other examples of distributive justice are the benefits in economic terms, and in societies that have a certain order. Wages can also be a major instrument of income redistribution or social income, prices, interest or income (capital or land) as well as social or private insurance. These are all forms of distribution of the fruits of the social product of the national economy, between the parties contributed to their degree of cooperation and the benefits made to produce wealth.

Social justice is a concept that has appeared in the mid- nineteenth century , referred to situations of social inequality , which defines the search for balance between unequal partners, through the creation of protection or inequality of opposite sign, on behalf of the weakest. Social justice refers directly to the right of the poorest sections of society, especially workers and the enjoyment of social and economic human rights, known as second generation rights, of which no human being should be private (American Association of Colleges of Nursing, 2004).
