The paper takes an overview of the operations of the Ontario Power Generation Company (OPG) that was formed in 1999 and serves more than 60% of the consumers in the province of Ontario. Recently, the company has been facing problems due to the underperformance of their power plants. Its power plants are running at 80-90% capacity, which is why the consumers have been complaining about power shortages. The recent increase in the number of complaints and the consumer switching has become a reason for the reduction the revenue of the company. This research report serves to recommend the solutions for the problems that have been encountered by the company.
