The business of sport is a broad filed, it inculcated various elements within the domain of business. Sport business, however, includes sports marketing, event management, sports economics, information and management of facilities. As a matter of fact, this concept is so prominent that many of the universities as well as colleges offer bachelors and masters degrees in managing the sports business (Budzinski, 2012, pp. 44-72).

Besides all this, role of Sports Journalism within this particular domain is pivotal. Sports Journalism is a kind of report writing on the topics of sports and games. Most of The times, this term have been subject to mockery from various quarters mainly due to their perception of underlining this particular field. However, over the period of time, Sports Journalism has gained much significance due to its growth pertaining to wealth, power and influence. In addition to that, sports fans - supporters of a particular sport or team, are also an active part of this. These people are exclusively devoted in a particular direction. Collectively, fans form a fan club, an informal group to support a particular team. Over the period of time, sport has gained a comprehensive momentum. However, there are many reasons which actually helped to foster this particular domain. Gone are the days when people subjected sporting and other related activities to mockery. As a matter of fact, these days, sports is one of the most flourished and regulated business. People across the globe pursue specific sport activities, teams etc. in order to exhibit their association with it. All in all, the vibrant success in this particular field led to several shifting in the traditional paradigms within this particular domain. The business of sport or sport management is primarily a field in of education which includes the business aspect of the sport. Sports economics, sports finance, information are all the individual parts of this particular subject. After gaining the wide popularity, the spectators of sports activities have made this competitive physical activity a lucrative business.
